Amazing service. Sam arrived at my house within an hour after I called about a blocked sewerage. Using the camera, it quickly became evident that the 50-year-old terracotta sewer pipe was failing. Sam patiently walked me through different resolution scenarios and their relative costs. Eventually, I decided to replace the system with PVC. Sam spun up a team the very next day and the whole job was completed very quickly. His attention to detail and ensuring he left a clean work-site is admirable. I have no hesitation recommending Sam and his team.

Master Flush Plumbing was excellent. They answered a weekend call and were upfront about the call-out fee, which was reasonable compared to most of the others I rang that night. They communicated well throughout about timing and any delays, took the time to explain what was wrong and the possible causes, and gave me plenty of options without ever making me feel pressured. 10/10, would recommend and use again.

Sam and his team are perhaps the most professional plumbers I’ve used in the past 20 years. Explains everything clearly and patiently. Takes a lot of pride in his work, showing us the progress at each stage to make sure things we can see things are getting done properly. What started as a blockage clearance, he inspected all the lines and showed us ways to future proof and gave us numerous options so that we can choose accordingly. We opted for various relining and junction reinstatements. He was always prompt and courteous. I would recommend MFP if you want quality work.

Waste of time these guys, charged arm and a leg for a Problem that came back 2days later and just talk his way around and around on why it came back when I rang them back about the Problem then he goes on to tell me I would be charged same price again to do the job they didn’t fix so I knew he was just full of it and he thinks I’m stupid, I’ve come to terms that I won’t get my money back or my plumbing problem won’t be fixed from them I don’t need to argue but I hope you guys know that god can see your dirty work when you rip people off, Earth is temporary but hell is forever.

He showed up once, and when he realised that the problem was simply that there was no power going to the pump, he turned on the switch, made sure everything was working and left. No charge, no upsell, he was genuinely happy to help. Based on his display of integrity, he is now my new plumber and the first person I will call if I have any issues.

My email enquiry was responded to very quickly and I had efficient communication with the plumber to receive a quote and organise a suitable time for him to complete the job.
