After a thorough discussion of the plumbing issue we were facing, Adam provided me with a very competitive price. Upon my acceptance of his price, he commenced working on the blocked pipe and once he cleared the pipe, he then used his camera to show me the state of the cleared plumbing. Sam is professional, efficient and honest. We found a water leak in pipe this week and understand it's challenging to find someone to fix it before Christmas. After contacting Sam they came for site visit and provided the quote on same day. They arrived on time at 8am this morning and finished everything in 3 hours. The leak turned out much bigger than expected, Sam and Adam need to dig very deep to locate the connection to water main, while he didn't charge for the extra work. I am very impressed by his professional skills and integrity. Communication is amazing too. High recommended!
