Sam Elkheir - Master Flush Plumbing, is that Plumber. I utilised the services of Sam, as I am currently residing behind the grounds of a church in Sydney. The church required some plumbing rectifications & Sam the owner/operator of Master Flush Plumbing was contacted by a church administrator to come out & address the issues at hand. Sam arrived promptly on the day & time specified. He was extremely polite & courteous throughout the time he was on site - 3 days. Sam explained what options were available & endeavored to find the best solutions to fit the churches budget. Sam was extremely knowledgeable & thorough in my interactions with him. The job was completed in a timely manner & Sam’s work exceeded my expectations. I contacted Master Flush Plumbing first thing in the morning. Within 2 hours a friendly and polite young Adam attended our site. After a thorough discussion of the plumbing issue we were facing, Adam provided me with a very competitive price. Upon my acceptance of his price, he commenced working on the blocked pipe and once he cleared the pipe, he then used his camera to show me the state of the cleared plumbing. I am extremely happy with their work, efficiency and transparency. I will certainly use them again.

I called Master Flush Plumbing on Saturday morning after my bathroom flooded overnight due to a ruptured flexihose. I spoke with Sam who listened to my issue and was very helpful over the phone. They came out and replaced the hose soon after my call. The communication was professional and courteous and the cost was reasonable. Sam is professional, efficient and honest. We found a water leak in pipe this week and understand it's challenging to find someone to fix it before Christmas. After contacting Sam they came for site visit and provided the quote on same day. They arrived on time at 8am this morning and finished everything in 3 hours. The leak turned out much bigger than expected, Sam and Adam need to dig very deep to locate the connection to water main, while he didn't charge for the extra work. I am very impressed by his professional skills and integrity. Communication is amazing too. High recommended!
